The information and content contained on this website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions: 

Decormount will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. 

Decormount uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in this site; this web site may include inaccuracies, outdated information or typographical errors. Therefore Decormount makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained herein. The names, images, logos and pictures identifying Decormount’s services are proprietary marks of Decormount. References made while using this site to any third party provided information, content, goods, products, process or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer or otherwise does not constitute or imply the endorsement, approval or recommendation thereof or connection therewith by Decormount. 

Delivery

In general we expect to dispatch your mounts within two working (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday) days of our receiving your order. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay beyond this time, we will advise you of this, and you will then have the right to cancel your order. 

If you have a deadline by which the mounts are required, please advise us of this at the time of order; we will make every effort to meet your deadline if at all possible, otherwise we will be able to advise you at once if the deadline will not be feasible to meet. 

Returns and cancellations

All of our Bespoke mounts are cut to order and thus the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 regarding a consumer's right to cancel an order do not apply. 

Please make sure that you have checked any necessary measurements and colours before you order. We are happy to supply samples of the requested colour within our range. 

We will, of course, accept returns if the mounts dispatched are not correct in size or colour in respect of your order, or if they have been damaged in transit. You must notify us of any problem as soon as possible after you have received the items concerned, and in any case not later than 7 days from receipt of order; please contact us before returning the items, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 

Pricing

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the current rate. Postage and Packing costs are additional to the prices shown on the website and are added in at the checkout page. 

Privacy

We respect your right to privacy. We will not pass on or sell our customers' details to anyone else, except as required by UK law. 

From time to time we may wish to contact you by email to advise you of special offers, sales or other promotions; please advise us if you would like to be added to our mailing list for these. You may contact us at any time to ask to be removed from the list. 

Decormount may make modifications, improvements, corrections and/or changes to this web site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Decormount’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between any party referred to herein nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively under English Law
