Finding The Products You Want
For your convenience we have split our products into categories to make it easier for you to find exactly what you want.
These are all shown in the menu on the left. Click on a category, and all the products in that category will be listed with a picture and description.
Click the picture or the Info / Add to Basket icon for more info or to buy.
Buying Standard or Design Mounts
On the product details page, choose the additional options required such as size and colour(s).
Please note that options vary according to the product type.
Finally, if you want more that 1, enter the number you require, then click "Add to Basket"

Buying Bespoke Mounts
Buying bespoke mounts gives you much more choice over your mount sizes.
To make the ordering process as easy as possible, you will be guided step by step through the options - click "Next" after each to move to the next.
If you've made a mistake you can start again.
At the end of the options, click "Add to Basket"

Buying Frames
Choose the required size from the drop down (the sizes represent the mount/picture size, not the actual frame dimensions).
Next choose the glazing options, Plastic Glass (highly recommended) or plain glass, and finally whether you want your frame standing or hanging (larger frame sizes are only suitable for hanging).

Changing Your Order
If you change your mind or need to change your order, you can view and edit your shopping basket at any time. Choose "Your Basket" from the menu at the top of any page, or click the Check / Edit button in the on-screen basket summary.
You can change a quantity in your basket screen by simply entering the new quantity then clicking on the green tick symbol.
If you want to completely remove an item from your basket, click the delete button at the end of the line on which the product details are displayed.
You can completely empty your basket by clicking the "Empty Basket" icon.
Delivery Charges
We find the most economical delivery services available that provide the quality of service we demand for our customers. The delivery method chosen will depend on the size and weight goods purchased.
On checking your basket at any time, you will see the currently calculated delivery charge based on the goods currently in the basket. This may change as you add items to your basket, but will be finalised at the checkout.
Paying Securely
To protect our customers and for their convenience, we use PayPal which is widely known and trusted the world over.
Customers with a PayPal account will find the process extremely quick and easy, and customers without a PayPal account can still use this system by entering just a few more details.
Please note that Decormount does NOT store any card or other payment details.
Returning Items
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us first, within 7 days from the time of delivery, and we will do all we can to solve the problem.
In the unlikely event of damage in the post, please return your goods to us within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging. We will then replace the item(s).
With the exception of faulty items or error on our part, returned postage cannot be refunded.
Your Privacy
Any information you provide on this website is used for the sole purpose of processing your order quickly and efficiently, and to keep you informed about the status of your order.
We DO NOT store your details beyond processing your order, and we NEVER pass your details on to anyone else for marketing purposes.
